Autumn at the Ranney-Crawford House

Romantic Vermont Lodging

beautiful Vermont fall foliage make for wonderfull accommodations and lodging

Fall is a wonderful time to visit the Ranney-Crawford House. Sugar maples are aglow with brilliant hues of red and gold, the weather is crisp and the spicy aroma of mulled cider fills the air. It's a great time to hike, bike or drive along the scenic roads and trails surrounding our home. The Westminster West Road is said to be one of Vermont's most beautiful roads, and an excellent starting point for touring Vermont's foliage.

"What a great setting, the perfect B n B for a fall foliage weedend!" H.N., Lake Tahoe, Nevada

Autumn is Fall festival month, with every town having its own activities. There are concerts, craft shows, Morris dancing, harvest festivals and more. During this time, the Putney School holds its traditional Renaissance Fair, featuring Medieval and Renaissance costumes, music and food.
